INGREDIENTS
1 part Absolut Vanilia Vodka
1 Fresh Passion Fruit
1 part Lime Juice
1 part Sugar Syrup
1 part Passion Fruit Liqueur
1 part Over-Proof Rum
Champagne
Scoop passion fruit and squeeze lime into shaker. Add ice, vodka, sugar syrup and passion fruit liqueur. Shake and double strain into martini glass. Garnish with over-proof rum set alight in passion fruit skin and serve with a shot of champagne.
