Meet the Bar Star
1½ parts The Glenlivet 15 Year Old French Oak Reserve
½ part Martini Rosso
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Sugar Cube
½ part Lemon Juice
½ part Maple Syrup
Saturate sugar cube with bitters and crush. Measure in remaining ingredients. Add ice. Stir. Strain into rock glass over ice. Garnish with orange peel, and cinnamon stick. Flaming cinnamon powder optional!

"It will be a dream come true for me if I can bartend in Las Vegas, together will all the bar legends that works in there."
If you weren't a bartender, what would your dream job be?
"I'm also a DJ, it will be a dream come true if I can play in any music festival around the world."
What do you love most about bar tending?
"Meeting people from all walks of life, the bar is one of the few places where any type of individual can be a guest. Regardless of race, religion, etc."
What do you hate most about bar tending?
"Customers/ guests, especially the one who sees me as their servant rather than a bartender. Guests that don't have patience and appreciation."
How would your friends describe you?
When you're out with friends, what are you usually drinking and why?
"Bourbon coke or beer. I just want simple drink."
What do you like doing most in your free time?
"Work out, listening to music."
